Legislative Accomplishments
- HB 2793 - Requires schools to adopt polices to limit access to cell phones during the school day. Initially vetoed, but later passed.
- HB 2460 - Restores a public school's ability to suspend students in grades K-4.
- HB 2439 - Allows parents to see what their kids have borrowed from their school library and to review library materials.
- SB 1305 - Banned Critical Race Theory (CRT) from Arizona schools but vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
- HB 4010 - Establishes the State Board of Genetic Counselors and the licensure of genetic counselors practicing in the state.
- HB 4011 - Requires HOA's and COA's to act reasonably and in a manner that is neutral, fair, non-arbitrary and without favoritism.
Co-Sponsored Legislation
HCR 2001 - 2026 Ballot Measure
Amendment to the Arizona Constitution limiting voter registration and voting to U.S. citizens. Requires voters to present identification when voting and other measures to ensure timely election results. Bans political contributions from foreign persons and corporations.
